Your Choice for General and Family Dentistry in Airdrie!

Due to the Canadian Personal Privacy Act (see our privacy policy), we are unable to access any specific information from your dental insurance company regarding your dental plan. It is your responsibility to know the parameters of your coverage, such as annual maximums, frequencies, renewal dates, and any other limitations. We also extend the option of direct billing (also called assignment) for your convenience. However, a valid credit card must be on file and your insurance company must accept this service. Please be advised that we do not accept direct billing for Orthodontic procedures, therefore we do require payment the day of service (unless other payment arrangements have been made with our administrative team).

Office Policies

Please understand that it is your responsibility to keep track of your upcoming dental appointment. As a courtesy, we send out hygiene reminder texts or emails to you 4 weeks prior to a booked appointment and make confirmation calls or emails 2 weeks prior to hygiene appointments. We also send a courtesy reminder the day before all appointments. Although we will make every effort to contact you prior to any appointment, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that you will be at your appointment, unless other arrangements have been made in advance with our office.

Dr. Quach and Smiling Patient | Grace Family Dental | Airdrie Dentist

General Dental Services for your entire family

Due to a continuous high demand during prime appointment times, we require a minimum of two business days’ notice per appointment, should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Because we value your time, we do not double book our clients. As such, your appointment is valuable time that the doctor has reserved specifically for you. Where insufficient notice is given for a cancelled or missed appointment, a missed appointment fee may be charged to you, or we may require you to prepay to reserve your next appointment.

At Grace Family Dental, our goal is for you to have a pleasant experience in our office. We strive to serve you to the best of our ability, and help you attain a high level of dental care and overall wellbeing.
